  • Duncan McIntyre - Chairman and Non-Executive Director

    Duncan is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Monitise. He has substantial experience of developing and growing businesses. As Chief Executive Officer he built Morse from a small private company into a substantial plc and is currently Chairman of Technetix Limited and Profero Limited. He also has a number of other nascent technology business interests.

  • David Dey - Non-Executive Director

    After a long career with IBM in the USA, France and the UK, David joined The Plessey Company and ran their Telecoms Division. In 1987 he joined the Board of British Telecom where he stayed for four years, leaving to set up Energis to compete with BT and Mercury. For the past eleven years David has chaired a number of start-up companies in Telecoms, Software and other industry sectors.

  • Alastair Lukies - CEO & Co-Founder

    Alastair has a proven track record of turning visions and concepts into real businesses.  He founded Monitise in 2003. Two years later, Monitise was recognised as a ‘Technology Pioneer’ by the World Economic Forum and in June 2007 Alastair led the company’s demerger from Morse and listing on the LSE's AIM market. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2011 Growing Business Awards.  Prior to conceiving, financing and successfully building Monitise, Alastair was a co-founder of epolitix.com, the portal for Westminster, Whitehall and the devolved institutions.

  • Colin Tucker - Non-Executive Director

    Colin has 30 years experience in the telecommunications and electronics industries. He was Deputy Chairman of Hutchison 3G and was Technical Director of Orange for ten years. Prior to joining the Monitise board in 2007, he was a board director of Morse plc.

  • Lee Cameron - Chief Commercial Officer

    Lee is Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Monitise.  Lee joined Monitise in 2006 as General Counsel with responsibilities spanning legal, HR, business and corporate development. Prior to joining Monitise, Lee was Legal Director at Morse plc, responsible for the legal, compliance and M&A functions. He has extensive international experience gained within the technology and financial services sectors at executive level.

  • John Brougham - Chief Financial Officer

    John joined the executive team at Monitise in April 2010 as Chief Financial Officer after serving as a non-executive director for the company. John brings a wealth of financial experience built through his career with BT, which he joined in 1986. John was Finance Director of BT Transformation, a role which focused on accelerating BT's transformation into a networked IT services company. He also worked for six years as CFO of BT Global Services, which served BT's large corporate customers and ran all the group's activities outside the UK.

  • Elizabeth Buse - Non-Executive Director

    A member of the Executive Team and the Group Executive, International, for Visa Inc. Elizabeth has responsibility for overseeing Visa’s global sales and client service functions across Asia Pacific, Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Elizabeth was the Global Head of Product for Visa Inc., leading all aspects of product strategy, development and growth. Prior to this, she was Executive Vice President of product development and management for Visa USA.

  • Sushovan Hussain - Non-Executive Director

    Sushovan, a qualified accountant, has served as Chief Financial Officer of Autonomy, since June 2001 and brings with him a wealth of listed company experience as well as a strong track record in growing a technology business. Prior to joining Autonomy, Sushovan worked for LASMO, one of the world's largest independent oil and gas exploration companies, where he held a number of senior international financial positions, including a focus on acquisitions and divestments.

  • Tim Wade - Non-Executive Director

    Tim, a qualified lawyer and accountant, is an independent non-executive director of investment firm Resolution Limited and non-executive director of Macquarie Bank International Limited, where he Chairs the Audit Committee, and Access Bank UK Limited, where he chairs the Credit Committee. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Finance Pronto Limited, a company focused on loan processing technology.

  • Brian McBride - Non-Executive Director

    Brian was previously Managing Director of Amazon.com in the UK and brings with him more than 25 years experience in the IT industry. He began his career with Xerox and subsequently worked at IBM, Crosfield Electronics, Madge Networks, Lucent, Dell Computers as Vice President, Northern Europe and as Managing Director of T-Mobile (UK).

  • Peter Ayliffe - Non-Executive Director

    Peter is currently President and Chief Executive of Visa Europe. Prior to joining Visa Europe in 2006, he previously spent more than 20 years with Lloyds TSB, a leading UK bank, where he held a number of executive posts in the bank's retail business, culminating in his appointment as a group board director. Peter also spent five years as a non-executive director on the Visa Europe board. Peter was named Industry Personality of the Year at The Card Awards 2009.
